Question A.  Who or what is PRI GROUP?

Answer: PRI GROUP is NOT a medical or health care provider or a medical facility.  It is NOT commercial, which means it does not rent, lease, or sell.  Its volunteers are private men and women who have decided to exercise their free will and unenumerated (God-given) rights to become volunteer researchers of frequency technology

Question B. Are frequency instruments a medical device or medical therapy?

Answer:  The FDA has not labeled the frequency instrument a medical device and, therefore, it is not medical therapy.   The FDA has restricted the use of these instruments to research, investigation, experimentation, and the advancement of information or education.  If the common man or women uses these instruments only as "electronic testing equipment" for the approved uses, no medical license is required.

Question C. Where can I obtain lists of frequencies for research purposes?

Answer:  There are many sources of frequency lists that are published for research purposes, such as the internet and book stores.  Rsearchers of electromagnetic frequencies must obtain their own lists of research frequencies from such sources.

Researchers should not received frequency lists from either the manufacturer or its distributors.  The reason for this is, in the United States the FDA has restricted manufacturers of "electronic testing equipment" from providing frequencies lists of a medical nature and from embedding their equipment with such readymade frequencies.  It is probable that the FDA would categorize such actions by the manufacturer or its distributors as involvement with either unapproved "medical equipment" or an unapproved "practice of medicine"  Such categorization would make the equipment unavailable for both professional and non-professional usage.  As long as researchers obey the FDA restrictions, the FDA exemption will apply allowing for research of "electronic testing equipment" and electromagnetic frequencies.

Question D.  Why doesn't my doctor know about frequency technology?

Answer: That depends on which country you are in--
United States. Licensed medical doctors are restricted to practice only "standardized" medicine as determined by the 21 Trustees of the corporate AMA (American Medical Association).  The AMA has never accepted frequency technology as "standardized" practice of medicine.  Therefore, this technology is not taught in U.S. medical schools.  The AMA warns that, if a doctor wants to conduct experimental research with frequency technology, no reference must be made to "Rife" device, "Rife" session, or claims of a "cure" or "treatment".  If a doctor violates these conditions, the doctor could face loss of medical license, a fine, or imprisonment.  In addition, insurance companies will not cover the cost of frequency sessions. As you can understand, U.S. doctors have not been given the knowledge or incentive to use frequency technology.

Question E. What are the restrictions on who might use frequency technology?

Answer:  The PRI GROUP form, DISCLAIMER AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT, paragraphs entitled "WARNING" and "ADDITIONAL WARNING", lists those who should not use this technology.  PRI GROUP suggests that all users and potential users of frequency technology should read this form in its entirety.

Question F. What adverse reactions might frequency users experience?

Answer:  The above "DISCLAIMER" mentions the Herxheimer reaction that users might experience from microbial die off.  It has been suggested that drinking an adequate amount of good quality water per day (eight 8 oz glasses) after a frequency session and for several days thereafter will help flush toxins from the body and may ease the Herxheimer symptoms.  Also, implementing a healthy lifestyle will aid body detoxification.  These suggestions are outlined in PLANNING FOR MICROBIAL DIE OFF.
